May 30, 2010 Corquin, Honduras Wheelchair Giveaway


Volunteer family members help put the chairs together where we can give them to those in need...


Young and old work together for a common goal...






Before we were ready to give them away, this young man took possession...



And then this one took possession...


And then this one...


And then I turned around and she was in a chair too...



Understand it was not time to sit in them yet, but the people were so excited...


And scared that there might not be enough...


Everyone was all smiles...


Except for this little guy who was mad...




These smiles make all the hard work worth while...


Thank you to Jack DeLoss Taylor trust for the money which they send to us to pay for gasoline to go to the far corners of Honduras to give away wheelchairs.  This town was an 8 hour drive in hard rain and with terrible roads....
